Fortnightly bin collections - who's idea was this? One must wonder if there has been a massive increase in fly tipping and fires burning toxic waste throughout the Rotherham borough.

Why is it that we the Rotherham public still have to pay the same amount of council tax than before this new rule was brought in and yet the Rotherham Council make money from us when we recycle our aluminium and steel cans?

Let me tell you fellow Rotherham public - one aluminium can is worth over 1p at the moment so don't let them tell you that it funds the actual recycling service that the Rotherham Council provides. - (consider how many people recycle there cans in Rotherham)
